We are seeking an extraordinary individual to join our Department of Defense team as a Regional Sales Manager, focused on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). In addition to requisite passion, skills, and experience, they should have a

consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and

demonstrated expertise in strategic account planning, relationship building, and working to solve complex challenges, especially within the DoD segment. They will play a key role in driving a significant revenue share for Blackwood. Are you up for the challenge?

What We're Looking For - Someone who thinks the following is a

cake walk:
o Build and manage an account base within DISA
o Define, develop, and execute strategic growth plan with support of the Blackwood DoD Director
o Focus on strategic relationships within the Systems Integrator community, aligning to relevant program capture opportunities
o Work in concert with sales operations, PMO, and Engineering
teams to develop and drive opportunities
o Customer satisfaction focused style with an emphasis on
landing and expanding within the territory
o Provide timely and accurate forecast updates and execute
aggregate plans that deliver target revenue and bookings
o Build / Strengthen / Manage Partner (OEM) Relationships
o Oversight and management of a territory-dedicated Account Executive
o Meet/Exceed Quarterly Linearity and Annual Goals
o Maintain fluency and remain current on technology / industry
trends
o Comfortable operating in a hands-off management structure
o Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Blackwood's
Core Values and reputation - generating a positive image of
our organization to the market

Basic Qualifications

o US Citizen

o Willingness to permit a Background Check

o Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

o Reputation of operating with strong ethics and integrity

o Desire and ability to learn new COTS Technologies

o Excellent Presentation and Written Communication Skills

o Strong Time Management Skills

o Passion to Hustle and Have fun

Additional Qualifications

o 5+ years of experience in DoD Sales, specifically focused within areas of DISA

o Secret or higher Security Clearance preferred

o Prior Experience selling Information Technology Products and/or Services

o Fundamental understanding of DoD acquisition paths and funding cycles

o Proven Track Record of Quota Attainment

o Experience leading and closing large complex enterprise deals through Federal Systems Integrators, GWACs, DoD ESI, and Open Market.
