About the Role

Regional Sales Manager for Thermal Solutions Business Unit (TSBU) will be located in St. Louis and can work remotely. Role will be focused on developing new accounts and/or will be assigned to a group of accounts, this advanced role is responsible for overseeing the daily support, management and growth of the account and their interaction within the business. Input to the account strategy, the development of complex quote proposals and technical advice, communication and management of all manners of commercial and technical issues are routine for the assigned accounts. This role is often the subject matter expert at the plant level and has ownership for the assigned accounts and its relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures the successful growth of our operational strategy for growing our Large End User (LEU) segment.
  • Achieves sales revenue numbers, margin & profit goals for the assigned region.
  • Manages Sales Partners, communicates strategy, business goals, and ensures they have the appropriate training, direction and support to maximize their effectiveness with the Watlow brand.
  • Establishes/develops annual sales targets, territory coverage plans for customer growth and satisfaction.
  • Provide input to strategy, product roadmaps and needed service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Recommends ways to integrate customer needs with organizational initiatives by developing solutions to obstacles toward goal accomplishment.
  • Ensure system solution meets customer specifications while leveraging the best product and cost solution for Watlow.


Required Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience
  • Ability to travel 25-40% travel.
