What's the Role:
As The Regional Sales Manager in the Rocky Mountain Region, you will be responsible for conducting customer site visits to both develop new business opportunities and service existing customers. You will monitor product performance at customer sites and maintain related reports to drive account planning activity.
With the passion you have for your clients, you will develop and implement regional plans to increase market share, build customer value propositions, and promote the sale of Bradken products. Collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and other functional areas is essential to ensure the correct design, delivery, installation, and support of assigned products.
The role also involves preparing and maintaining reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the Sales Manager, as well as aiding in the preparation of the region's sales budget and meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and margin targets.
Your responsibilities also include following established sales processes, maintaining CRM data, and informing senior management of expected changes in customer needs or market direction. You will play an active role in developing growth opportunities through product and technical development, customer feedback, market assessment, and industry knowledge.
Overall, as an integral part of our dynamic team and expanding company, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the profitable sales and growth of a designated product line within your assigned territory. This entails meeting or exceeding budgeted sales targets and margins by efficiently utilizing resources, maintaining existing installations, reaching out to current customers, and exploring new business prospects.

This is a REMOTE role based in Denver, Colorado with consideration given to other locations within the Rocky Mountain Region, USA.

Key Technical Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in Mining, Mineral Processing, Sales & Marketing, and Product Development operations.
- Demonstrated sales experience in Undercarriage, Ground Engaging Tools, Shovel Buckets, or other Industrial/Mining/Equipment
- Degree in either Engineering or Business
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
