Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager under the CEO is responsible for a diverse business model that includes following up on warm leads to convert them into customers and/or partners. Duties will include reaching out to potential clients to increase product knowledge, qualifying, and setting appointments with potential customers. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process, and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to hit all Monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Hiring, mentoring, and developing the team
  • Performance management
  • Manage overall team schedules and time off
  • Manage team critical issues
  • Find opportunities, process improvements and gaps in goal and present them to the Senior Director
  • Collaborate with other Jushi global managers/directors
  • Share best practices and drive strategy and innovation
  • Train and mentor direct subordinates and their teams to identify potential customer needs and challenges to ascertain the suitability of our products and services.".
  • Empower direct subordinates to build, grow, cultivate, and leverage a network of relationships within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:
  • Certified Composites Technician (I) (Required)
  • Certified Composites Technician (II) (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Five or more years' experience in Sales.
  • 3 years' experience in the Fiberglass or Composite industry.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.

Compensation:
  • 90k - 160k

Physical Requirements

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The position will involve frequent travel.
