About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Director to lead strategic and operational enhancements across North America. In this role, you will drive continuous improvements to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and outstanding customer experience. You will oversee supply and demand functions, imports/exports, warehousing, logistics, and customer service, streamlining processes to optimize performance.
As a key member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will contribute beyond North America, supporting global best practices and transformation initiatives.

You will oversee supply and demand functions, imports/exports, warehousing, logistics, and customer service, streamlining processes to optimize performance.
As a key member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will contribute beyond North America, supporting global best practices and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain excellence, aligning performance metrics with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain operations, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
- Develop and enhance the S&OP process to improve collaboration and decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency.
- Benchmark against industry best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and deploy new technologies to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Oversee SAP and other systems to ensure they meet business needs for planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Lead regional and company-wide projects focused on systems enhancements, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global teams, mentoring team members to enhance their supply chain expertise and leadership skills.
Who We're Looking For

- A degree in supply chain, business operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, including business process and systems design and implementation (e.g., SAP tools, demand and supply processes).
- Expertise in supply and demand planning, leveraging advanced data analytics and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and U.S. legal compliance.
- A track record of driving continuous improvement and transformation within the supply chain.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders across regional and global teams.
- Leadership experience in change management and building high-performing teams.
- An understanding of site operations; experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex technical details into clear business insights.
- The ability to quickly assimilate complex information and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Business acumen, with the ability to align operational and commercial priorities to recommend strategic solutions.
