Job Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for leading the efforts to strategically and operationally identify, attract and engage talented people to support our growth strategy. You will work with our regional operational leaders and our functional line managers to understand the talent needs and ensure we build a robust pipeline of talent for today and for our future. You will be hands-on, providing end-to-end recruitment services predominately focused on our field and laboratory technical and front-line leadership roles.

You will be hands-on, providing end-to-end recruitment services predominately focused on our field and laboratory technical and front-line leadership roles.

More specifically, you will:
- Manage the company's ATS, ensuring compliance tracking and documentation management
- Maintain the TA budget and hiring metrics for the positions you are recruiting for, ensuring you are within budget and on-time
- Act as a subject matter expert to design, develop and execute a recruitment strategy that delivers against the business plan
- Serve as a trusted partner to our leaders regarding the talent pipeline, recruitment metrics and forward-looking indicators to support our talent selection process
- Maintain and report out on monthly recruiting stats, identifying where extra effort is necessary to achieve our Talent Acquisition goals
- Identify and attend various recruiting college, trade schools, and community hiring events
Qualifications:
To be successful, you'll have:
- At least 5 years' experience working as a corporate or agency recruiter
- Demonstrated capability as a hands-on, end to end recruiter with an established candidate network, ideally in a similar industry
- Demonstrated experience designing recruitment metrics to support forward looking decisions to complement our talent attraction strategy
- Excellent ability to evaluate needs and present effective solutions to our business leaders, strong communication skills (both verbal and written in English) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders (bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus)
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to change priorities as needed
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing corporate environment
- Frequent walking and standing during visits to our field sites
- Occasional travel may be required to client sites and various recruitment events
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, as some materials may need to be moved during events or presentations.
