Job Description Summary
The Regional Training Director is responsible for the oversight and delivery of all in-person training needs of the Multifamily business within a specified region. This role will also partner with Learning & Development (L&D) on virtual training and needs.

Essential Job Duties:
Deliver training for all Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing Professionals in the areas of systems, leasing, safety, and professional skills for both affordable and residential properties, including new property transitions.
Use data, wherever possible, to determine training needs (ORA, Ellis, Help Desk tickets, SOC, Safety/Incident Reports, etc.)
Partner with market leaders to determine topics and schedule.
Work with site team leaders to determine location and technical needs.
Complete Regional Trainer onboarding with the L&D team (presentation skills, content resources, roles & responsibilities, etc.)
Use L&D-created facilitator guides for all classes to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
Give feedback on existing content to improve delivery.
Give feedback to the L&D team about potential virtual training opportunities.
Give suggestions on additional topics that will benefit our teams.
Gather attendance and attendee feedback and send to the L&D team.
Collaborate on monthly Executive Summary to be sent via email and/or presented on the monthly leadership call.
Ensure adoption of learned content by using data (mentioned above) and communicating with functional leads, then delivering follow-up training as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
Ability to report on, manipulate, and analyze data to influence continuous change and improvement

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong cross functional partnerships
Proven ability to create, implement, and facilitate effective training programs
Strong presentation skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position requires travel to visit properties and deliver in person training.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machinery. Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $97,750.00 - $115,000.00
