Job Description:
- Position may float between units and nearby affiliate hospitals.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Weekends required, schedule varies.
- No block schedules required.
- Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:18.
- Business casual attire required for role.
- COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine status unknown.
- Commitment to work 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) is a must.
- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours.
- Completion of pre-start and annual online modules, which average 16 hours, is required for onboarding.
- Clinicians are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.
