Job Title: Registered Nurse

License: Must have PA or multi-state license in-hand
Certifications: ACLS & BLS
Must-Have: EPIC experience required
Job Description:
- Schedule requires working 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with one day off during the week, which will vary.
- There is an on-call requirement for these positions, involving 9-12 days of call per month, including 1-2 call nights per week and every third weekend.
- The position involves caring for patients in an invasive cardiology department, which includes 3 procedural labs and a 12-bed prep and recovery area.
- The lab performs procedures such as catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and peripheral vascular cases with a team of skilled invasive cardiologists, RNs, and technologists.
- Capability to handle cases ranging from diagnostics to complex interventions, including advanced STEMI and cardiac arrest treatments like Impella and ECMO.
- The EP side of the lab performs various procedures like cardioversions, implants, and ablations for rhythm issues.
- The labs are expanding into the structural heart side of invasive cardiology and working towards offering additional procedures.
- The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free.
- Could involve caring for COVID patients.
- Required vaccines include COVID-19 (with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed) and Flu (with medical/religious exemptions only).
- Modules must be completed prior to the start, which are billable and generally take 5-6 hours to complete.
