Job Title: Care Coordinator RN

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
License: Valid RN License
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have:
- Experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Records (preferred)

Job Description:
- Take ownership of PreOperative visits
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and expectations for patients
- Manage Postoperative care
- Process consents for doctors
- Document within the Cerner Electronic Medical Records system
- Retrieve and review medical records
