Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: 2 years in Interventional Radiology; 1 year in Neuro or experience with Neuro in a general ICU

License: Compact or Kentucky State License required at submission

Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification

Must-Have:
- Travel experience
- Neuro Interventional Radiology procedure experience
- Skilled in caring for neonates through geriatric patients in a procedural setting

Job Description:

- Experience in a Level One trauma center is preferred.
- Requires being on call and must respond within 1 hour.
- Call hours on weekdays are 8 PM to 6 AM; weekends are divided into two shifts: 6 AM-6 PM and 6 PM-6 AM.
- PACU closes at 8 PM, transferring any remaining patients to the main PACU for recovery completion.
- IR PACU call team follows patients to the main OR PACU, responsible only for recovering IR PACU patients.
- Anticipated call frequency is 2-3 shifts per schedule period (6 weeks).
- Completion of billable modules required during orientation and annually, averaging 6.5 hours.
- Orientation is 8 hours long, excluding non-billable hours.
- Must provide references and meet compliance for job applications.
- Familiarity with floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals is expected.
- Understanding of rehire eligibility and return staff policy is necessary.
