Job Description:

- Provide high-quality patient care in a neuro-focused medical/surgical unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage patient assessments, administer medications, and create nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
- Offer compassionate support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and standards.
