Guaranteed Hours: Full-Time

Experience: 1-2 years of step-down/telemetry experience required

License: Registered Nurse (RN) license

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Must-Have: Experience with Paragon and Pyxis EMR systems

Job Description:

- Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to handle various patient care situations.
- Ensure timely documentation and coordination of patient care within the electronic medical records system.

- Participate in ongoing training and nursing education to maintain certification standards.
