Position Overview:
An individual licensed by the State of Illinois to practice professional nursing within the statutory requirements of the Illinois Practice Act, to use the designation RN (Registered Nurse), and to work in compliance with Hospital and Departmental policies and procedures. Utilizes the nursing process to provide physical and psychosocial care to all patients during the pre- and post-operative phases. The nurse will assess, interpret patient data and intervene appropriately.

- -Position Status: Full-time
- -Work Schedule: M-F 8hour shifts + on Call
Education Qualifications:
- Required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing
Certification Qualifications:
- Required: Current Illinois Nursing License
- Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification
- Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross ACLS)
- Required: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross PALS) to be obtained within 3 months of hire
Experience Qualifications:
- Two year medical-surgical nursing experience required
- One to two years of critical care nursing experience preferred.

Pay Range:
- The pay range for this position is $32.00 - 48.00 per hour.
