- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing personalized care plans
- Assessing residents' needs and responding promptly to changes in their condition
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with safety and care protocols
- Supporting residents and their families, offering guidance and education throughout their care journey
- Mentoring and leading less experienced staff, helping to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment
Your clinical expertise, problem-solving skills, and empathy will be essential in creating a nurturing environment where our residents feel safe, valued, and cared for.
What We're Looking for in You:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Current RN license in the State of Virginia
- Strong clinical competencies in patient assessment and care management
