Job Title: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Job Specialty: Behavioral Health

Job Duration: 13-week assignment

Shift: 3:00 AM - 11:30 PM, including 2 - 8 hour shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM and 2 - 12 hour shifts from 11 AM to 11 PM. Holidays and every other weekend expected.

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required

License: Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Naloxone Train the Trainer course

Must-Have:
- Ability to train for charge nurse responsibilities
- Navy blue scrubs for RNs
- Flexible schedule with 3 days blocked as agreed upon, prior arrangements required for weekends off

Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality behavioral health care to patients
- Manage patient care effectively while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care
- Possibility of floating to similar units as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
