Job Description:

- Provide one-to-one diabetes patient education for Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) and insulin pumps.
- Act as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in an ambulatory clinic setting.
- Possess experience with insulin products, dosing, and titration.
- Have expertise in Continuous Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Delivery Devices.
- Assess and manage diabetic patient needs in acute situations, such as hypo/hyperglycemia and pump failure.
- Complete 12-hour non-billable orientation.
- Engage actively in compliance processes, including signing required documents and completing modules prior to start.
- Claim a Kerberos account for module access; modules must be completed by day 7 post-start to avoid cancellation.
