Job Title: Home Health RN
Profession: Registered Nurse

Shift: Day
Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled home health experience (within the last 3 years)
License: Must have a valid state nursing license or compact license
Certifications: BCLS required
Description:
Clinicians are required to start after the specified date.
Home Health RN positions are available in designated areas.
Timely communication and documentation are required.
Documentation tools will be provided and must be returned.
Travelers are expected to have reliable transportation.
Travelers may visit up to 6 patients per day, with a standard productivity of 30 points.
On-call responsibilities include every 4th weekend and a weekday on-call 2-3 times per month.
Experience with Oasis is necessary for this position.
Travelers will float between facilities within the state as necessary.
Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.
Travelers' point expectations should be discussed prior to submission.
Supervisory references are required covering the last three years of employment in a comparable specialty or setting.
