Job Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Neuro Unit

Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: Full-time

Experience: Minimum of 2 years within the specialty

License: Registered Nurse License

Certifications: BLS, NIH Certification

Must-Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar specialty
- Required certifications include BLS and NIH
- ACLS certification preferred

Job Description:

- Deliver patient care in an acute neuro unit within a medical-surgical setting
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans tailored to individual needs
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and ongoing care requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to facility policies
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills
