Job Description
Job Title: Oncology RN

Job Specialty: Gynecologic Oncology

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

Guaranteed Hours: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum of 2 years within the oncology specialty

License: RN License

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have:

- Competency in oncology nursing practices
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Cerner

Job Description:

- Assist doctors with patient consultations, including colposcopy appointments, new patient evaluations, and preoperative preparations
- Enter patient history information into Cerner electronic medical records
- Facilitate communication with patients, responding to calls and inquiries
- Participate in a fast-paced medical office environment
- Travel once a week as required by the job responsibilities
