Job Description
Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Job Duration: Fixed-term

Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts

Guaranteed Hours: Full-Time

Experience: 2 years of PCU experience required

License: Registered Nurse (RN) License

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required

Must-Have: Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic

Job Description:

- Previous travel experience preferred
- Patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1
- Scrub color requirement: Galaxy Blue
- Degree accreditation must be documented in the profile
- Travel nurses may be required to float to other sister campuses
- All requests for time off or schedule changes must be included during the initial submission
- Demographic information such as address and RN license number must be provided at submission
- Travelers are integrated into the unit and are expected to perform akin to core staff
- All required documentation must be submitted by the specified deadline prior to the start date
