Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $75,000 - $93,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Shift: Monday Saturday, 10-hour days, 40 hours guaranteed

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, oversee dialysis treatments, and support patient care technicians in a chronic dialysis setting. This role requires strong patient interaction, relationship-building, and leadership skills. The Charge RN will be responsible for monitoring patient vitals, managing dialysis machines, and ensuring high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee dialysis treatments for a group of patients
• Conduct patient observations, monitor vitals, and set up dialysis machines
• Act as Charge RN as needed, providing leadership and support to staff
• Utilize FMC and EMR systems effectively
• Ensure compliance with all safety and medical protocols
• Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment and lifestyle adjustments

Requirements:

• 1+ year of chronic dialysis experience (required)
• Charge RN experience in a dialysis setting (required)
• Active RN license for Wisconsin (required)
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications
