Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Bend branch. You will be responsible for providing personalized care to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment in their home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Oregon
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or a related field
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
