Supervisory Responsibilities
Assists with the supervision and oversight of CNAs, CMA, and Clerk. Conducts performance evaluations of assigned staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 2-3 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Computer Skills
Proficiency in computer usage and relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and electronic medical records software (Health MedEx Vision). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to other necessary software programs as needed.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; push and pull. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

What You'll Do

15 Craigside (Assisted Living)
- Full Time (40 hours per week) 1:15pm - 9:15am 5 days a week with every other weekend off
Pay Range
- $46.80 to $55.00 Hourly
Responsibilities
- Participates in admissions, discharges, and evaluation procedures for all residents, to ensure appropriate assessments and documentation are completed in a timely manner and meets State and Federal requirements.
- Conducts nursing assessments, administers professional nursing services, and monitors nursing care services and treatments administered to all residents.
- Assists with Telehealth/Telemedicine appointments.
- Assists in the development, maintenance, and revisions of the residents' service plans;
- Oversees medication administration, ensuring adequate ordering, receiving, documentation, safe storage and disposal of physician-prescribed medication for residents. Conducts regular review of medication documentation.
- Works in conjunction with the Clinic Manager to ensure resident assessments are completed in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
- Responds to the Emergency Call alarms. Assesses residents' physical and mental conditions, performs first aid and takes other appropriate action as indicated.
- Communicates effectively with healthcare providers regarding orders, nursing services, and changes in residents' conditions.
- Informs residents' families of changes in the residents' conditions.
- Promptly reports concerns or complaints to the Assisted Living Manager. Communicates effectively and courteously with residents, families, and visitors.
- Participates in orientation and training of new employees.
- Performs annual employees' and residents' PPD skin testing/screening. Administers other immunizations ordered by physicians in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Oversees CNAs and Clerk to ensure proper resident services are rendered.
- Communicates effectively with other departments regarding residents' care concerns or issues.
- Completes incident reports, conducts root cause analyses of incidents, and implements corrective actions as needed.
- Participates and assists during emergency drills and situations such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook.
- Participates in Quality Assurance Quality Improvement programs.
- Ensures compliance with all of the organization's policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensures that all resident rights and responsibilities are protected and enforced; establishes and maintains a close liaison with residents and families.
- Assesses employee injuries or emergencies, performs first aid and takes other appropriate action as indicated.
- Maintains sufficient supplies and monitors proper operation of medical devices and equipment.
