Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing team through effective delegation and oversight
- Manage shift operations including assignments, breaks, and resource allocation
- Provide hands-on nursing care (1-3 patients, as needed)
- Support new nurse development through mentorship and preceptorship
- Monitor documentation and ensure timely, accurate charting
- Collaborate with internal departments and act as house supervisor on off-shifts
- Communicate bed availability and coordinate patient transfers
