On-Call: One day per week and one weekend per month (subject to department needs)

Pay Range: $31.84 - $46.26 per hour (based on experience)
On-Call Pay: $4.00 per hour
Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$4.50 per hour
• Weekends: +$1.50 per hour
• National Certification: +$1.50 per hour
  Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Job Overview
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) - Open Heart (CVOR) to support our cardiovascular surgical team. This role is essential to delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing open-heart and cardiovascular procedures. The CVOR RN will ensure a safe, sterile surgical environment and support patient care throughout the perioperative period.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform as both scrub and circulating nurse for open-heart and cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist surgical teams in maintaining sterile fields and adhering to safety protocols
• Provide pre-op and post-op care to cardiovascular patients
• Monitor patient condition and adjust care plans as needed
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR (Open Heart) RN experience in an acute care setting
• Active Florida RN license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required)
• CNOR certification preferred
• BSN preferred
