Job Description:

- Perform triage duties by assessing patient symptoms over the phone.
- Collaborate with cardiology specialists to guide patient care.
- Provide accurate and timely advice to patients based on established protocols.
- Prioritize patient needs based on severity and offering appropriate healthcare advice.
- Deliver patient education relating to heart and vascular health.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions for continuity of care.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering excellent patient care.
- Engage in continuing education to remain updated on the latest cardiology nursing practices.
