Pay: $45-$47/HR

- Mobile Outreach & Event Coordination:
- Check the daily calendar for scheduled events
- Make sure van is fully stocked with supplies (tablecloths, water, informational flyers, medical supplies)
- Drive the mobile van to outreach locations and events
- Set up outreach stations, including tables and chairs
- Provide information and resources to community members (May see homeless/low income/underserved/latino populations/ people living in remote areas/farm workers)
- Facilitate referrals for people seeking mental health and healthcare services
- Help connect them to resources for various healthcare and social services
- Clinical Services:
- Conduct vital sign assessments (blood pressure, etc.).
- Perform diabetes testing
- Administer injections
- Collect and process lab specimens (simple tests)
- Work with SmartCare electronic records system.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
- MyPrint Assessment REQUIRED
Experience:- Experience working in BH/Mental health
- Strong understanding of psychotropic medications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with providing care to underserved populations, especially the unhoused population, is highly desired.
- Comfortable working in field based environment/encampments
Schedule/Shift
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Weekends if needed (Need to be available on weekends for events)
