Registered Nurse (RN)-Family Practice with Security Clearance

Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Portsmouth's Naval Oceana Clinic in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Position Highlights: * Excellent work/life balance | Monday-Friday 7am - 7:00pm (no weekend or holiday requirements!) * Employee status with full complement of benefits; 11 paid federal holidays off * Provide care to our Nation's armed forces and their dependents Position Responsibilities: * Provide patient assessments, triage, and evaluations * Execution of physician orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice * Provide treatment and discharge instructions upon patient release * Documentation of patient care and observations * Provide patient education and emotional support Position Requirements: * Graduate of a state-accredited professional nursing program * Active RN license * 1 year of experience as an RN working in a in-patient or out-patient setting within the last 2 years * Active BLS certification * Experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, ICU or ER is a plus!
