- Compensation: $39.57 - $53.34 per hour (based on experience)

- Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Nights, Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Surgery Support:
- Provide high-quality care to trauma patients through the nursing process, therapeutic use of self, and the environment/instrumentation.
- Assist with patient preparation for surgery, and provide support during and post-operation in a trauma operating room setting.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the surgical team, including physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs, to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
- Assist with the coordination of care and patient monitoring during surgery.
Qualifications:
- Licensing:
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements).
- Certifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of trauma operating room acute care experience.
- Trauma operating room experience in an acute care setting is required.
