$2,800 - $3,000 a week

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient care at Pinon Health Center. This role includes working in Outpatient, Women's Health, Pediatric, Urgent Care Clinics, Emergency Room (ER), and other healthcare facilities within the Navajo IHS Areas.

These positions offer flexible contract durations, including short-term (13 weeks), long-term (1-3 years), and intermittent support based on facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings.

Perform patient assessments, triage, and appropriate nursing interventions.

Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and therapeutic treatments as prescribed.

Assist in emergency response and life-saving interventions when required.

Provide patient education and counseling on treatment plans, disease prevention, and wellness.

Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in accordance with IHS, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.

Follow all infection control, HIPAA, and facility protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territory.

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a specialty area (e.g., med-surg, ER, ICU, or primary care).

Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Strong cultural awareness and ability to provide patient-centered care in a rural setting.

Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology.

Job Details:

Locations: Pinon Health Center & Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, AZ

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time

Duration: 13 weeks to 3 years (flexible based on availability)
