As a Registered Pharmacist, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in an acute care setting. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. Your responsibilities will include reviewing medication orders, counseling patients, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, and assisting in infection control and risk management processes.

The Registered Pharmacist will also be responsible for mentoring pharmacy assistants and transporters, providing leadership within the pharmacy department, and maintaining a professional, customer-service-oriented attitude at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of acute care hospital pharmacy experience, and active NY license, and an ability to maintain a position/professional attitude with patients and the healthcare team.
