SUMMARY

The Regional Director of Human Resources (RDHR) is responsible forleading HR strategy, compliance and operations across multiplecommunities. This role ensures alignmentwith organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The RDHR oversees talent acquisition, employeerelations, benefits management, compliance, training and development, and performancemanagement. They serve as a strategicpartner to leadership, advising on workforce planning, retention strategies,and HR best practices. Additionally,they ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies, drivinginitiatives that enhance Care Partner engagement and operationalefficiency.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains the integrity of the Human ResourcesDepartment by ensuring compliance to the policies and procedures held by theorganization as well as by local, state and federal regulations.
Manage the HR Department team roles including HRData Specialist, HR Generalists and the Administrative Assistant/GraphicDesigner to ensure that all HR functions are followed through and correct.
Responsible for writing and maintaining allpolicies of the organization including Care Partner Handbooks and DepartmentalPolicies.
Responsible to make sure that all payables aretaken care of for the HR department
Responsible to manage the Care Partner BenefitPackage including answering questions from Care Partners and vendors to ensurethat all coverages are understood and maintained.
Work with the Department Directors to ensurethat all areas of the organization are compliant with local, state and federalregulations such as DOL, EEOC and IRS.
Responsible to be a consultant to the BrethrenManagement Contract HR professionals to help ensure that their organizationsare compliant with local, state and federal regulations.
Helps the Brethren Management Contract HRProfessionals to develop and implement new policies that further the mission oftheir organizations.
Helps with projects as needed as assigned by theSVP/Chief Operating Officer.

SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supervising the roles of HR Data Specialist, HR Generalists andthe Administrative Assistant/Graphic Designer.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

At least 5 yearsworking in leadership in a Human Resource Department and Bachelor's Degree inBusiness or Human Resources is required. Must also be proficient inMicrosoft Office including past working applications in Excel.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze and interpret generalbusiness information. Ability to writereports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present informationand respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers andgeneral public

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with avariety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizationexists. Ability to interpret a varietyof instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding tocarry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a fewconcrete variables in standardized situations.
