Salary: $120,000.00 to $135,000 a year. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills, knowledge, and education.

Position Summary
The Relationship Manager's primary function and responsibility is to solicit, develop, and service a wide variety of real estate commercial loans and sustain profitability and growth of portfolio.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
(Duties not limited to those provided here):
- Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing relationships.
- Responsible for large and complex real estate loans, including real estate investments, income property, development, construction loans, and other types of related loans.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities by researching market analysis, examining potential and financial risk.
- Represent New Omni Bank, N.A. as a trustworthy, professional, service-based organization at all times and promote and maintain a positive Bank image.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policy and procedures.
- Work closely with operations function to properly service customers within compliance requirements.
- Comply with and adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Department Head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 or more years of commercial real estate experience.
- At least 2 or more years of management experience, including overseeing a portfolio of existing and future loans.
- Demonstrated and proven knowledge of bank policies and regulatory reporting
- Solid understanding of regulatory reporting, established commercial real estate
lending, credit, and risk acumen.
- Fluency in a second language preferred but not required
