Release Planning

• Release Planning Meetings; Project Meetings
• Maintain Deployment and Release Templates
• Internal, Adaptiv (Vendor) and Release Notes
• Release Schedule by Environment
• Review Installation Instructions - OTPP Developers & Vendors

Create Deployment Plans - Internal & External Releases
Create Deployment and Back-out schedules
Deployment Resource Scheduling
Walkthrough of Deployment Schedules Plans and Schedules

Release Management
Release Deployment and Back-out coordination
Communication of Release status
Tracking releases by Environment and Component version
Retrofit production releases to non-production environments
Retrofit dependent systems to non-production environments

Environment Management
Environment tracking by release and component
Database back-up, refresh requests
Coordinate pointing to different URLs/Environments based on testing needs
Environment smoke test coordination
Handle communication related to environments
