This is an exciting opportunity to influence foundational processes and lead change-while having a chance to shape the Release Operations team from its beginning.

- Release and Branching Planning: Executing release and branching strategies across all FME applications. Coordinating release timelines and collaborating with key stakeholders in Development, QA, Customer Success, and Product Management.
- Supporting Continuous Delivery: Championing continuous delivery improvements by identifying bottlenecks and integrating new tools and processes.
- Architect Infrastructure for Delivery Metrics: Managing the infrastructure that captures and reports key delivery metrics-like DORA and PR activity-shared across product teams to inform decisions.
- Establishing Collaborative Relationships: Fostering strong relationships across departments to ensure visibility and alignment on release activities.
- Project Management: Establishing project workflows and task prioritization using tools like Jira.
- Team Management: Supporting the growth of the team by learning Safe's hiring practices and participating in the recruitment process.
