About the Team
Based at MILVEHCOE in Redbank, Queensland, the Reliability Engineering team is responsible for implementing programs and tools that deliver equipment designed to be Reliable and Maintainable in Defence environments. We support land, maritime and electronic equipment programs from sites in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. As part of the Global Rheinmetall group, programs are delivered in collaboration with Rheinmetall entities in Europe and North America.
About the Role
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for assurance of the reliability, availability, maintainability and testability (RAMT) requirements of one or more of RDA's product development programs. They give guidance and input into the design process so that outcomes are optimised for through life operation and support.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering field or related discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles in reliability and maintainability within defence (advantageous);
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
