Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
8+ years of experience in data management and MDM implementations.
Implementation Experience on Reltio MDM tool
Should have worked on Reltio to enable foundational capabilities like cross systemic search, deduplication engine, analytics
Design and architect robust and scalable MDM solutions using the Reltio platform, considering business requirements, data governance policies, and integration needs.
Configure and customize the Reltio platform, including data modeling, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, workflows.
Design and implement data integration processes between Reltio and various source systems using APIs, connectors, and other integration tools.
Extensive Knowledge in following MDM areas:
o Data Model Configuration
o UI Configuration (region specific)
o Search View configuration
o Dashboard configuration
o Connector configuration
o Reltio Data Extraction
Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers, onshore and offshore remote and on-site, through the successful design, configuration and testing of Reltio solutions.
Deep technical knowledge of architectural designs including integration approaches.
Ability to support multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams.
Excellent analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting skills, and persistence in problem solving
Expertise on real time integration of Reltio with Multiple Source systems like Salesforce, Oracle, Excel
3+ years of hands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform.
Deep understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
Strong experience in data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
Proficiency in Reltio configuration, development, and API integration.
