Salary: $130k-$175 Base + Benefits, 401k, PTO

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers.
Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.
Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100 employees.
Our founders have built and exited several successful start ups and this is their third venture.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote Sr UI/UX Designer with the following experience:
We currently have 3 Designers, and about 15 SW Engineers. Our current Designers are also Front End Engineers, and you will be our first pure UI/UX Designer.
For that reason, we're looking for a strong UI/UX Designer that has taken ownership of projects from 0-1 and created design systems, ideally on a small team or start up.
You will be the first purely Front End Engineer on a team of Full Stack Engineers.
Experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Vue, etc. is a big plus, but not required.
You will take a lead role on building out design systems and developing and maintaining wire frames
