We're looking for an energetic and experienced Removables Department Manager to oversee our high-performing removables division. What You'll Get:
- Compensation Range: $90,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience and expertise

What We're Looking For:
- A proven leader with experience managing a team of 3 or more technicians
- Deep understanding of both analog and digital workflows in removable prosthetics
- A strong background in denture fabrication and removable prosthodontics
- Someone who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDT certification preferred (but not required)
- 5+ years of hands-on dental lab experience
- 2+ years in a management or supervisory role
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead, inspire, and coach your department to hit daily production goals
- Oversee all aspects of quality control to ensure beautiful, functional prosthetics
- Develop and manage department schedules and workflows for optimal efficiency
- Serve as a technical resource for complex cases and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other departments and client-facing teams for seamless communication
- Maintain inventory and supply levels to support smooth operations
- Identify and implement process improvements that boost productivity and team morale
- Foster a positive, solutions-focused work environment
