About the Role:
- Research lead across client, new business, and internal agency research engagements
- Go-to-lead for research design & audience insights
- Reports into EVP Strategy
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in innovative market research
- Substantial experience leading qualitative and quantitative studies (the bulk of current work is qualitative)
- Experience using a combination of primary and secondary research and audience data to prioritize and profile target audiences
- Examples of new ways of designing and conducting research, including the use of new technologies
- Strong ability to create insights from data
- Strong ability to analyze and visualize data (experience in research platforms and more advanced quantitative research analysis methods is a plus)
- Strong presentation skills and confidence to contribute meaningfully in team/client meetings
- Ability to concept exciting research studies that result in thought leadership content
- Ability to juggle shifting and competing priorities
- Manage a collection of internal and external collaborators
