- We offer a combined paid time off (PTO) policy which incorporates state paid sick leave with company paid time off at an accrual rate of 0.0607 per hour worked, equivalent to 120 hours of PTO at 2,080 hours worked in a year. We also offer 6 Paid Holidays (8 hours for full time and 6 hours for part time per event, excludes on-call staff) and 1 Personal Holiday of Choice per year (excludes on-call staff)
- Retirement planning is encouraged through our 403(b) plan that includes a generous 100% company match on the first 4% of earnings an employee contributes. There is a 5-year vesting schedule on the company match, and minors are ineligible for the company match

Essentialfunctions of this position include the following.
- Coordinate and oversee the assessment, planning, implementation,and evaluation of resident care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinaryteams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of resident needs and developindividualized care plans based on resident preferences, goals, and clinicalconditions
- Monitor resident progress and modify care plans as needed toensure optimal outcomes and quality of life
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, includingcoaching, mentoring, and ongoing education to promote professional growth andcompetency
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and otherhealthcare professionals to coordinate resident care services and addresscomplex medical and psychosocial needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including federal,state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, resident careconferences, and interdisciplinary team meetings to promote continuousimprovement in resident care delivery
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcareproviders to facilitate communication, address concerns, and promoteresident-centered care
Our requirements and qualifications for success
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State orout-of-state MSL
o If MSL, followthe Washington Nurse Practice Act.
o If MSL, completeSuicide Prevention Training in advance of hire per state regulations.
o If MSL, WashingtonState Board of Nursing (WABON) MSL demographic survey.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a skilled nursingor long-term care setting
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred,with demonstrated ability to supervise and direct nursing staff
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the abilityto develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs andpreferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto effectively communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teammembers
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standardsrelevant to skilled nursing facilities, including Medicare, Medicaid, andsurvey regulations
- Commitment to resident-centered care, dignity, and respect forresidents and their families
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems andother healthcare technology platforms
Physical,environmental, and mental requirements
- Ability to give direct patient care, including participating inlifting, transferring, positioning, and assistance of residents with walking orin wheelchairs
- Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to documentresident records
- Apply your physical and muscle strength to lift, push, pull orcarry objects
- Ability to utilize your lower back and abdominal muscles tosupport part of the body repeatedly and continuously over time withoutfatiguing
- Ability to listen to and comprehend information and ideas providedthrough conversation, email, and text
