Growing San Antonio based residential Restoration & remodeling company is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project's development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

Compensation: $130,000.00 - $130,000.00 per week
The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC's Shareholders. The Board of Directors' function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer's property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, and downtime following property damage.
- Ability to follow xactiamte job scope ensuring all work is completed to company standards.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients
- Pre budgeting of job
- Distribution of PO's to all trades and vendors
- Manage and schedule any/all assigned internal tradesmen.
- Maintain clean appearance and utilization of PPE when applicable.
- identifying and documenting any potential supplements and/or change orders.
- Ability to confidently manage projects up to $1,000,000.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred not required
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred min 5 years
- Proficient in utilizing basic computer software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IICRC certifications are preferred but not required
- Osha Certifications preferred but not required.
