Interviewing NOW for a Restore System Administrator II/ Storage Service Team
TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance required.
Hours - Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
Profile and permission structure knowledge
Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
Mandatory Skills:

Requirements:

Approximate Salary Range: $77,000- $86,900
