We have a network of thousands of content creators with a variety of different skill-sets, and we're looking to build a program that empowers them to create great ads for brands like Corkcicle, Perfume.com, Casper Mattresses, & more!

About the role: WITHIN is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Media Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for a junior-level candidate or someone with early experience in digital marketing, particularly in Amazon advertising and TikTok Shop (TTS). The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in marketplace advertising strategies. This position will play a key role in supporting our retail media efforts. The ideal candidate will use data and analysis to help guide future state marketing plans.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns on Amazon (search, display, OTT) and TikTok Shop.
  • Performance Tracking: Gather and analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Client Support: Help prepare reports, performance updates, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Promotional Coordination: Support the execution of campaigns around major events like Prime Day, Cyber Monday, and TikTok Shop promotions.
  • Marketplace Maintenance: Assist with product detail page updates, inventory monitoring, and ensuring smooth operations on Amazon and TikTok Shop platforms.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support testing and optimization efforts for advertising strategies.
  • Account Research & Audits: Support senior team members with market research, account audits, and identifying growth opportunities

Must Have Qualifications:
  • Must have great knowledge of excel pivot tables and vlookup
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and execute on tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Account management experience is a plus
  • Advertising experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience managing advertising on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart or eBay.
  • Prior agency experience
  • Understanding of seasonal promotions and event-driven marketing.

Base salary based on education, experience, and skills level ($63,900-$108,020)
