The successful candidate will ensure the branches and member engagement center follow all operational and security procedures, including regulatory and compliance requirements. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities, streamline processes, drive best practices, and align service to its new brand, while establishing KPIs to monitor and manage the team's performance.
This role will perform specialized research, develops retail operations data reporting and analysis to support KPI tracking, trend analysis, forecasting and what-if-analysis.
A minimum of five (5) years of proven retail financial leadership experience in managing retail operations is required. An associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and train others while fostering a collaborative team environment in this role.
