The good faith range for this position is $91,500.00 to $114,000.00 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Summary:
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for supporting a group of branches in a region to help them achieve organizational goals.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required
- Minimum five years related experience required
- Minimum five years leadership experience required
- Ability to travel 75% of time in role
Essential Skills:
- Strong coaching skills including ability to develop and execute effective action plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills with ability to deliver messaging in person and via video conference calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to review reporting, analyze data and understand performance trends to create proper improvement strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides branch support through sales training, building SMART action plans, coaching sessions, and live observations
- Conducts branch visits and live observations and communicates findings
- Responsible for conducting skill builder workshops
- Partners with the HR Training Team to review and improve training methods and support the successful on-boarding of new hires
- Evaluates and enhances training and skill builder workshops to maximize learning and development of employees
- Conducts training on- and off-site to employees and management
- Identifies sales and service performance gaps and develops action plans to close performance gaps
- Develop monthly sales and service performance management routines through meetings to reinforce relationship building strategy and educate teams on all products and services
- Conduct one-to-one relationship building strategy sessions through face-to-face meetings, training sessions and/or video conference calls
- Develop and lead sales and service trainings
- Analyze data and provide performance updates and/or recommendations
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Product Managers and Business Partners to support successful rollout of new products, initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor external market and competitor activity and provide feedback to Senior Leadership Team to maintain competitiveness of the organization.
- Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor.
