The Reticle Manufacturing Process Engineer Role is responsible for ensuring the health of the Fab processes, ensuring high-quality output, and reacting to product deviations to resolve issues at the root cause level.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain baseline defectivity trends by relevant tools/processes.
  • Identify any defect trends out of normal and work with Sustaining and Development engineering to determine root cause.
  • Investigate opportunities to improve baseline defectivity through defect data analysis including statistical methods.
  • Coordinate projects with Sustaining and Development engineering to improve our defect baseline.
  • Support Sustaining Engineering through defect data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain BKMs for defect data tracking including defect type information.
Qualifications

Successful candidates for this position will have:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and an ability to self-direct their work
  • Comfortably able to multitask and manage multiple ongoing requests
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The willingness to support all reticle manufacturing processes from running tools to reviewing results
  • Solid understanding of statistics as it relates to manufacturing with an emphasis in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products and ability to learn and use new software platforms as required
  • Willingness to work any shift

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics or equivalent experience
