The Arc Mid-Hudson, recognized as a leader in our field and one of the largest employers in the Hudson Valley, has a new opportunity for a Revenue Cycle and Cost Analyst.
Located in our Administrative offices in Kingston, this seasoned professional will report to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cost Analysis associated with each clinical service, including staff, supplies, equipment, and facility usage to identify where costs can be reduced without compromising quality.
Performance metrics including developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical operations, such as patient volume and revenue per patient, to assess financial health and identify trends.
Revenue Cycle management to analyze billing practices and coding accuracy to ensure proper reimbursement for clinical services.
Clinical efficiency analysis to collaborate with clinical and financial leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within clinical operations
Assist with month end close preparing journal entries related to the program, as needed.
Prepare year end audit work papers as assigned by Director of Finance.
Assist other finance staff as necessary to accomplish departmental tasks.
HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday/day hours
STARTING SALARY: $80,000 to $ 95,000 per year, based on education and experience relevant to this position.

Minimum Requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting required.
- Collaborative, hands-on style with colleagues at all levels required.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel required.
- Must have an understanding of healthcare billing practices in order to accurately analyze clinical data and costs.
- Must be experienced in and able to demonstrate proficiency with computerized software applications.
