ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Revenue Growth Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing, and enhance profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics, all while having strong technical and analytical skills. The role assumes cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Distribution teams.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Data analysis and Report creation:
1) Support in developing data tools /processes to provide insightful recommendations to CC team via extensive analysis across Price, Promotion, Assortment, and Trade Terms
2) Assess sales data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations to upper management.
3) Create reports to track progress and performance towards revenue optimization goals.
- Trend monitoring:
1) Monitor market trends and changes in industry norms and standards.
2) Keep up-to-date with current market prices and competitor pricing strategies
3) Generate market insights to support revenue strategy and other business strategic initiatives. Leverage consumer insights, data, tools, and analytics to identify and capture opportunities in maximizing profit and revenue growth
- Revenue Optimization planning and execution:
1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where revenue optimization strategies can be implemented.
2) Develop strategies to increase sales, improve pricing methodologies, and reduce costs.
3) Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase profitability.
4) Manage the operations of trade programs while collaborating with commercial teams
- Financial Analysis:
1) Collect and analyze financial data from various sources, such as financial statements, sales reports, and marketing data.
2) Create financial models to identify areas of opportunity and potential revenue growth.
3) Assess and analyze sales and revenue data to ensure the organization meets its sales goal and identify areas for improvement

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in business or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail/FMCG/relevant industry, preferably in the area of business intelligence or sales planning or commercial finance.
- At least 1-3 years of prior revenue management experience is required.
- Good communication skills. Curiosity. Can-do attitude. Resilience to challenges. Ambition to step up and succeed. Ability for out-of-the-box thinking.
- Analytical skills: Proficient in MS Excel, strong numerical/quantitative sense, quick in extracting insights from charts; BI/programming knowledge is a plus
- Stakeholder Management: Understand complex business context; Ability to influence in/external partners at all levels, with various backgrounds and expertise
- Commercial Sense: Identify and grasp opportunities in a fast-paced and diverse business environment
